            The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill on page two, section two, line twenty-one, after the word “premises” by inserting the words “which is”;

And,

On page two, section three, line twenty-six, after the words “the clerk,” by striking out the words “in the accordance with that court’s procedure” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“shall file the subpoena as a miscellaneous action, charging a filing fee therefore, and”
